Most of Kuna was built in a hurry, and the kitchens show it. A bake element with a break, a relay on the control board, or an oven sensor reading wrong. The element is a visual and continuity check; the relay and sensor need the meter. We replace what failed and confirm the oven reaches and holds setpoint with a thermometer inside.
On a gas cooktop, moisture or boil-over in the spark igniter, a cracked igniter, or a spark module that fires every burner at once. We dry and clean the igniter first, replace it if cracked, and test the module. On a Kuna well, mineral residue around the burner cap is common and gets cleaned off.
The oven temperature sensor has drifted, the convection fan has stopped, or one element in a dual-element oven is out. We measure actual temperature against the display over a full preheat and cycle, then replace the sensor or element that is lying to the control board.
A radiant element with an open coil, a limiter switch that has failed, or an infinite switch that has welded closed, which is the dangerous one. We test each on the meter and replace the failed part. A glass top with a crack is a different conversation and we will tell you plainly.
The door lock motor or its switch has failed, often right after a self-clean cycle cooked it. We reset the control, test the lock motor and switch, and replace what has failed. We also mention that self-clean is the hardest thing you can ask of an oven, especially in August.
Range diagnosis is about the difference between what the display claims and what the oven does. The technician sets a bake temperature and puts a thermometer inside, then watches the preheat: how long it takes, whether the igniter glows or the element heats, whether the oven cycles back on when it should. The meter reads igniter current, element resistance and sensor resistance against the values the manufacturer expects. Gas ranges get a check of the supply pressure and, on propane properties outside Kuna city limits, a look at the regulator and orifices. Cooktop burners are tested one at a time. The failed part is named in plain words and one price is written before any repair.

Turn it off and use the cooktop if that works. A spark igniter that keeps clicking on a burner is a nuisance; an oven that fails to light while the valve is trying to open is a gas concern. We check for leaks with solution during every gas visit and confirm the flame is stable before we leave.
